1. Full fee of $150 for an hour ($120 for concessions).
2. In some cases, people are eligible to see me under Medicare. I have a Medicare provider number as an Allied Health Professional and this provides rebates to those who are referred to me by a general practitioner under a Chronic Disease and Complex Care Management Plan, ( please note that it will be your GP who determines if you are eligible for this program) or those who are requiring Pregnancy Support Counselling. The Pregnancy Support Counselling is available to woman who are pregnant or who have had a pregnancy in the last twelve months. This can be accessed to support women for a range of circumstances during pregnancy or after the birth of a baby. Pregnancy Support Counselling can be accessed to support the grief of a mother when there has been the death of a child before or soon after birth.
Please note: Cancellation or extended time in session incurs a fee of $50. The payment of $50 is required for those that cancel within 48 hours of an appointment. You will be sent an invoice for this amount.
I have been contracted to provide the Primary Heath Network funded Mental Health Nurse Care to those in the Southern Downs, Qld. with a severe and complex mental illness and who are referred to by a general practitioner or a psychiatrist. I am able to see those referred to this program in Stanthorpe or Warwick.
